Background
Miss Universe GB is the British qualifier of one of the largest
beauty pageants in the world – Miss Universe® –
which is owned by Donald Trump and NBC (www.missuniverse.com).
The Miss Universe GB competition generates around £500,000
of media coverage annually across England, Scotland and Wales.
This year, the competition is expected to raise in excess
of £50,000 for charity. Our chosen charity is The
Joshua Foundation which helps children with terminal
cancer.
The grand final will take place in May at The ICC in Birmingham.
A sell-out crowd is expected.
Sponsorship summary
The sponsorship opportunities are varied. Briefly they are
as follows:
All sponsorship opportunities are open for discussion with
the Miss Universe Great Britain organisers, Vibe.
Vibe is also seeking partners to run regional heats of Miss
Universe GB 2010. Details of this are available
on request.
Platinum Sponsor
– £6,000
As a platinum sponsor you will be the headline sponsor of
Miss Universe Great Britain.
As a platinum sponsor benefits will include:
- Your company name incorporated into all press releases
(last year coverage obtained was valued at £500,000
– this is an estimate as a press monitoring service
was not employed)
- Regional photo opportunities with contestants in the run
up to the final, such as sponsors this year had local finalists
attend launch events and photo shoots, which led to further
press coverage

- Website link from www.missuniversegb.co.uk directly to

- Company logo on the Grand Final tickets
- Company logo and foreword in the Grand Final programme
- Free full colour, full page advertisement in the event

Great Britain – two over the 12 month period
Gold Sponsorship –£1,000
There are a number of silver sponsorships available at the
Miss Universe GB Grand Final. They are:

- Miss Charity
A representative from the company will be announced onto
stage where they will choose and award a winner for the category
they are sponsoring.
The sponsor will also receive:

- An advert in the Grand Final programme

This is the sponsorship of a Miss Universe GB finalist. The
benefits are:

The bronze sponsorship package is available for those who
wish to offer gifts in kind to the finalists and/or winner
of Miss Universe GB.
