Our 2012 Finalists
AFTER A NATIONWIDE SEARCH the finalists of Miss Universe Great Britain 2012 have been announced. The final will take place on Saturday 5th May at the Town Hall in Birmingham where one lucky girl will be chosen to represent Great Britain at Miss Universe. If you'd like to be a part of Miss Universe Great Britain next year, please apply here.
Votes can be placed by:
- Sending an SMS message containing the word vote followed by the first name of the contestant to 82085 (please see chart below)
All phone votes cost £1.00 plus the standard network charge. Lines are open now and close at midnight on Friday 4th May 2012.

The public voting line will open on: Friday 27th April 2012 at 12:00
And will close on: Friday 4th May 2012 at 12:00 midnight
Votes made outside this voting period will not be counted but you may still be charged. Please note: Winning the public vote will not guarantee winning the entire competition. All voters must be over 18 and have the bill payer's permission.
Each text vote will cost £1 plus standard network charge. EVEN if you have ‘free’ texts or minutes.
Votes can only be made within the UK and Northern Ireland.
If for any reason there is a discrepancy between the voting numbers advertised on the website and those advertised on facebook/media/radio or any other platform then the voting numbers on the website will prevail and the vote shall proceed on that basis.
Please note that it is not possible to vote via any other method not specified here.
In the event of any technical difficulties or failure or for any other reason beyond the organisers reasonable control that means the public vote cannot be obtained, and/or a tie, the organiser will decide on the result and that result is final.
The winner of the public vote is not necessarily the winner of the competition.
Any promotion on ANY social network sites such as facebook, twitter etc. MUST refer voters to the web site terms and conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify and replace any contestant should they not abide by the rules.
