Our 2010 Finalists
AFTER A NATIONWIDE SEARCH with the Vibe Models team visiting Glasgow, Cardiff, Birmingham and London, the young women who will take part in the final of Miss Universe GB have been chosen. The finalists are listed alphabetically. Click here to view the judges for this year's event.
Leading up to the Miss Universe GB final there will be the opportunity for members of the public to place votes for the girl they want to win the competition. The contestant with the most votes will be awarded 20 points, which will be added to her final score. Should there by a tie for first, second or third place, the position will also go to the contestant who has amassed the largest public vote.
Votes can be placed by
- Sending an SMS message containing the full name (as seen in table below) of the contestant to 81118
Or
- From a landline by calling 0901 2937997 and entering the two digit number of the contestant. The two-digit number corresponds with each contestant’s number that has been allocated in alphabetical order (as seen in table below). For instance, contestant 1 will be 01, contestant 2 will be 02 and so on.
All votes cost £1 plus the standard network charge. Lines will be open at 8am on Monday 8 March 2010 and close at 12pm on 30 April 2010.
Votes before or after these specific times will not be counted but may still be charged. If you have any problems please call the voting helpline on 0844 561 6410. Please only contact Vibe regarding voting lines if you are not successful with the help line.
